Where can I pick up and/or drop off my rental vehicle?

We have the following strategically viable locations for all travelers to choose from:

KEF Airport Office (shuttle bus service available)
Keflavik Hotel
Reykjavik City Office

Do you have a 24/7 pick-up/drop-off service?

We DO have 24/7 drop-off available all year long, but pick-up hours range from 8 AM to 6 PM every day of the year.

What documentation do I need to bring with me in order to pick up my vehicle?

If you want to rent a car with us, you’ll need:

To be at least 20 years of age (+23 for Large SUV models)
A valid ID or passport
An original driver’s license (held for at least 12 months)
A valid credit card of one of the passengers

* For some vehicles, the credit card must belong to the driver.

Do I need to refill the fuel tank before returning the vehicle?

Yes, but not completely. You’ll need to return the vehicle with as much fuel as it had when you received it.

If I return the car early, will I be eligible for a refund?

Unfortunately not. You may be entitled to a refund if you inform us before the car rental period begins that you’ll be returning the vehicle early.

What do I need to check before dropping off my vehicle?

When you drop off your vehicle, you’ll need to:

Make sure it’s clean inside
Fill up the fuel tank and ensure the battery is fully charged
Spray down the outside with water if necessary, so that we can check for damage
Collect all of your personal belongings
